Sunrise Dip at Dundag in association with Killarney Triathlon Club  

Enjoy an energising Wander Wild Dip and experience Sunrise in Killarney National Park.  

Start your day with an unforgettable sunrise swim at Dundag Point, where the golden morning light create a truly magical atmosphere. As the sun rises over the surrounding mountains and woodlands, swimmers will experience the peaceful beauty of the lake at its most serene, a perfect moment to connect with nature and awaken the senses. 

Hosted in association with Killarney Triathlon Club, this guided swim offers a safe and welcoming environment for both experienced open-water swimmers and those looking to try something new. With expert support on hand and a strong sense of community, it’s an energising and inspiring way to begin the day.

Whether you’re chasing the thrill of open water, embracing a new challenge, or simply soaking in the beauty of a Killarney sunrise, this is an experience not to be missed.

Gates to the Park open at 6am if you want to be in place to experience the sunrise.

 

Bring towel and warm clothes and a sense of adventure!!  
 
If you are booking Samhradh's Sauna after the Sunrise Dip at Dundag, please allow time for your dip in advance.

Car Park Directions: Enter the gate at Muckross House and take the first turn left, then pass the arboretum.  The car park is at the end of this road.  Enter the Park through the gate, down the hill, turn left and dundag is on your right.
