Sunrise Dip at Dundag  

Enjoy an energising Wander Wild Dip and experience Sunrise in Killarney National Park.  This year our event welcomes the wild women of the Salty Sea Sisters.

Bring towel and warm clothes and a sense of adventure!!  

 

If you are booking Samhradh's Sauna after the Sunrise Dip at Dundag, please allow time for the guided breathing, chat and swim before your sauna time.
