In yogic tradition, sunrise is a sacred and “divine time” where an individual’s energy and spirituality is at its peak. Rising with the sun can cultivate enhanced clarity, peace and presence throughout the day. During this class, we will harness the energy of the rising sun ahead of a day of wild adventures. You can expect Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) and a flowing asana practice to boost energy levels for the day ahead.
Suitable for all bodies and all levels of ability, including beginners. Modifications and adjustments are offered so you can tailor the practice to be exactly what you are needing.
Kelly is an experienced yoga teacher, with 500hours of yoga teacher training. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for you to connect inwards and nourish your mind, body and soul.
