Forest Bathing consists of a firm evidence-based framework of theory, skills and recommended guidelines. It is a health and wellness practice that supports participants to relieve stress, to be in the present moment, create awareness for their natural environment and to connect to their senses. It is a practice that supports the participants to slow down while walking in nature.
