The embodied flow is meditative exploration into dynamic movement in thebody.
It is all about building a deep connection with the body, and fully experiencing the present body. The practitioner is guided through a sequence of repetitive, dynamic movement explorations, which becomes both a deepinner inquiry and a dance-like moving meditation.
The sequence is purposefully designed to support functional movement in the body, with an emphasis on mobility and injury prevention.
The practitioner can also experience greaterphysical, emotional, mental and spiritual equilibrium.
Shelly is a 600hr trained yoga teacher. She trained with the Guru Parveen Nair(@inbornmovements) in India to learn the practice of embodied movement.This practice is based on his teachings.
