Explore the deep rooted ancestral memory that is stored in our bodies and our songlines.  “The rich write the history, the poor write the song”.  Ireland is known all over the world for the heart breaking beauty of her songs, that were born from a place of deep oppression aswell as deep ecstasy. Join me for an interactive performance and workshop where we will delve into how these songs still hold deep relevance in today’s Ireland, and how tapping into our collective cultural memory through our songs can help us to access deeper layers of connection and healing in our lives.  Reconnecting with our mother tongue, the Irish language, as well as using techniques from the yoga tradition to attune to how sound is moving through your chakra system. This workshop is designed to inform, educate and move you, aswell as giving you a space to be guided into singing these songs from your body and your deepest heart.
