The Wild Women Retreat is a signature event as part of the Wanderwild Festival, taking place in the idyllic setting of Kate Kearney’s Cottage, at the entrance to the breathtaking Gap of Dunloe.
This four-hour retreat is designed to provide practical tips and advise using a holistic approach to well-being, integrating nutrition, yoga to help guide participants thrive on their menopause journey. This retreat offers participants an opportunity to nourish their bodies, balance their hormones, and embark on a journey of self-awareness, all while being surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Irish countryside.

Q&A session. Tea/Coffee Break (11:30 AM - 11:55 AM) A relaxing break, providing a moment to connect with fellow participants.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Breathwork Session (12:00 AM - 13:00) Led by Siobhan Coffey. Experience a Vinyasa flow yoga session, combining movement and breath in a rhythmic, meditative practice.Focus on self-awareness through yoga poses and breathwork, suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Lunch & Mingling (13:00 PM - 14:00 PM) Enjoy a nutritious lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients. Opportunity for participants to network, share experiences, and build connections with one another.
