This class is all about deepening our connection with ourselves and our intuition. Through conscious connected breathing, embodied movement , somatic practices and guided meditation, you'll quiet your mind and unlock your intuitive power. This session helps you connect deeply with your body, feal and release.

* Retinal detachment, glaucoma
* Recent surgery or injuries (full recovery required)
