EARTH OFFERING: Reiki, Restorative Breathwork and Reflection 

Earth Offering is a gentle and grounding workshop created to bring you back into your body through rest, reflection and connection with the Earth.

This session blends restorative breathwork, Reiki healing, reflective journaling and slow somatic softening to help your system unwind and open. As the body relaxes, clarity and calm rise naturally from within.

You will explore what supports you, what nourishes you and what you can offer back in return. Breath becomes connection. Reflection becomes insight. Reiki becomes a soft and steady landing place for your heart. The session closes with an earth based ritual to anchor the experience in presence.
