A Cacao Moment Ceremony 

A deeply nourishing ceremonial cacao experience guided with intention and care.

As a trained cacao facilitator, Catriona Lawlor will prepare and serve cacao safely and respectfully, creating a warm and grounded atmosphere. 

Participants are guided through heart-opening rituals, gentle meditation, and reflective journaling to support clarity, emotional release, and connection. 

Journal & pen, Water, Warm layer or blanket  Yoga mats provided.
