The Five Great Elements:
• Earth (Prithvi): Solidity, structure, stability, and all that is tangible.
• Water (Jala): Fluidity, creativity, adaptability, and the flow of bodily fluids.
• Fire (Agni): Heat, transformation, metabolism, and the power of digestion—both physical and emotional.
• Air (Vayu): Movement, circulation, breath, and the activity of the nervous system.
• Ether (Akasha): Space, openness, expansiveness, and limitless potential.
