Michael Ryan is a yoga & meditation teacher, breathwork guide and men’s work facilitator dedicated to helping people return to their bodies, their truth, and their power. His work weaves presence, vulnerability, and grounded connection to support healing and navigating a rapidly changing world with clarity and courage. Michael creates spaces where men can drop the armour, remember their strength and clarity. Michael was also Michael D Higgins personal yoga teacher for many years.
