Groove & Ground
Groove & Ground is a dynamic blend of vinyasa yoga, somatic flow, and empowering free movement designed to help participants shift out of their heads and into their bodies.
Led by Bethany Wynne Morgan and Holly de Burgh, the session uses rhythm, breath, and music to move participants through a mix of guided sequences, shake-outs and moments where they can move in their own way. Clear cues and steady pacing help create heat, release tension, and support people in feeling fully awake in their bodies.
The class is structured enough to feel supported, with playful elements woven throughout to keep things freeing and fun. Participants leave feeling lighter, more energised, and deeply connected to their bodies.
Suitable for all levels, especially anyone who loves music and wants a fresh, uplifting take on movement and yoga
